Durante a San Diego Comic-Con 2024, foi anunciado que The Boys terá uma série derivada chamada Vought Rising. A nova produção focará nas origens da Vought nos anos 50 e contará com Jensen Ackles e Aya Cash reprisando seus papéis como Soldier Boy e Tempesta, respectivamente.
Ambos também atuarão como produtores executivos. Paul Grellong, produtor executivo de The Boys, será o roteirista-chefe.

A data de lançamento da série no Amazon Prime Video ainda não foi divulgada. Os roteiros dos episódios finais de The Boys estão em desenvolvimento, e a 5ª e última temporada está prevista para estrear em 2026.
